BIO

Sasha Soren is a freelance writer/producer, screenwriter, copywriter and lyricist.

If you can’t find her at her keyboard, she’s either in the dojo or backpacking in some remote place with an unpronounceable name.

Writing is her first love. Sasha has worked as a professional writer for ten years.

Her work has been featured in Time Out (UK),
Gene Simmons Tongue, SEED magazine and on CNNfn broadcast television.

She's also worked as lead copywriter on campaigns mounted by Agency.com, Digitas, and Magnani Caruso Dutton.

Travel is her second passion. In the last few years, she's strolled through Cairo, Berlin, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Moscow, Budapest, Salzburg, Cadaques, Venice, Amsterdam, Dublin, Innisheer, Brussels, London, Florence, Montreal, Capri, Munich, Montserrat, and lots of other places on the map.

She's lived in Athens, Paris, and NYC, and plans to spend a year in Tokyo in future.

She's also lead lyricist for French indie group "Hex".

Her screenplays are available through WMA (CA).

She's currently at work on her second novel, and a new screenplay.

Please do not disturb:)

FYI: Caring for your Introvert
Extroverts are energized by people, and wilt or fade when alone. They often seem bored by themselves, in both senses of the expression. Leave an extrovert alone for two minutes and he will reach for his cell phone.

In contrast, after an hour or two of being socially "on," we introverts need to turn off and recharge. My own formula is roughly two hours alone for every hour of socializing.

This isn't antisocial. It isn't a sign of depression. It does not call for medication. For introverts, to be alone with our thoughts is as restorative as sleeping...
